Our Story

C2C Technical Services is Chuck and Craig. They have a 20-year background in I&E experiences for critical facility support, working for some of the world’s largest engineering firms. The duo started C2C in 2014 after realizing that the best way to serve customers was to lead their own company and employ only the most capable people with equally high standards for performance. They started in the field and grew the company from the ground up. Chuck and Craig know quality work and talent first-hand and have used this standard of excellence to consistently execute for C2C’s customers today.

Craig Miller

Chief Executive Officer

Craig leads C2C’s project management teams, where he oversees multiple client projects across all phases of development, from design through construction. His multi-decade background in I&E design, plant engineering, and construction support makes Craig the ideal leader for coordinating, communicating, and executing design requirements with other engineers, design staff, clients, and vendors. Craig’s high-performing record of project execution has established a reputation for excellence and accountability that’s shared by the entire C2C team.

Charles (Chuck) Roachell

Chief Operating Officer

Chuck’s 20+ year career in critical facility support spans every facet of industrial I&E work. With experience in both Engineering and Construction departments, Chuck’s expansive background includes control system design, the scope of work creation, and direct management of I&E design teams to lead client TAR & commissioning processes. Chuck’s singular focus in starting C2C was to leverage his wealth of experience to lead a team of professionals who quickly understand and exceed customer needs. His uniquely qualified skillset continues to distinguish C2C’s performance today.

Michelle Digilormo

Chief Financial Officer

Michelle has 20+ years of experience in finance and accounting, 5+ years experience as CFO at multiple companies, including industrial gas and industrial service companies, and 5+ years experience as a company board member. She is responsible for financial strategy development and execution, including making and substantiating financial initiatives to the board and improving processes and company margins.

Elisa Yates

Director of Engineering

Elisa is a professional engineer licensed in multiple states. Before moving to project management, she spent seven years as a maintenance engineer in one of the largest refineries in the US. This has given her a solid understanding of both the technical and scheduling constraints required to succeed in an industrial facility. Elisa leads the engineering team to provide the highest level of professional and technically sound services for our clients.
